The DS8108 combines an 800 MHz microprocessor, a high-resolution megapixel sensor, and ZEBRA's PRZM technology. With this combination of hardware and algorithms, the DS8108 scanner can instantly capture most problematic barcodes (based on actual barcode testing)—including dense, poorly printed, wrinkled, faded, distorted, dirty, or damaged barcodes, as well as electronic barcodes displayed on dim screens.
